Stand Up Comedy

I've been reading The Vedas.
I think they're what made us.
Have you ever ridden the bus?
Must you always make such a fuss?
Nothing matters,
and I'm a mad hatter,
climbing up this never ending ladder.
Turn that frown,
upside down,
it's cool to be brown.
Connected by supremity,
it all comes down to extremity.
Good, bad.
Happy, sad.
Miserable, visible.
Joy, but I can't afford a toy.
And then there's femininity.
Which is really only an anemone.
Or even an enemy
but always an enema.
Masculinity is about fragility.
Fight, right.
Cry, die.
Bye?
Ok, now, lie.
I'm a hundred and ten years old.
The surgery was well sold.
Unlike my soul,
which is rock and roll.
I think about my blood,
and my eyes start to flood.
I'm in the mood,
to be rude.
Alas, I am just a dude.
